  • Job Responsibilities

1、Achieve Sales Targets: Under the guidance of the company's overall sales strategy, responsible for achieving annual sales targets.

2、Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer visits, develop new clients, maintain and deepen existing customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3、Product Knowledge: Proficient in the company's product knowledge, including consulting services, software products, ITO services, and digital transformation services, to provide professional solutions to clients.

4、Market Insight: Collect and analyze industry information, understand market dynamics, participate in marketing activities, and increase the company's influence in the target market.

5、Business Development: Expand the scope of business and increase market share through strategic sales and customer relationship management.

  • Position Requirements

1、Educational Background: Over 26 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.

2、Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, with excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.

3、Customer Management: Successful experience in developing and maintaining key accounts, with a rich pool of key account resources is preferred.

4、Industry Interest: Strong interest in management consulting, digital transformation, and software technology services industries, with relevant industry work experience is preferred.

5、Sales Experience: Experience in B2B or one-on-one customer sales, with the ability to adapt to frequent business trips.

6、Personal Qualities: Good image and temperament, with excellent business negotiation skills and market development capabilities.

7、Professional Skills: Familiar with enterprise management knowledge and skills, able to quickly understand and convey complex technical concepts.

8、Teamwork: Possess a good team spirit, capable of working effectively in a multi-departmental collaborative environment.

9、Continuous Learning: Continuous learning ability to adapt to new technologies and market changes.

10、Achievement Orientation: Strong motivation for achievement and results, able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
