  • Job Responsibilities

1.Business Development: Identify client resources or leverage the company's consulting or digital transformation project opportunities to conduct in-depth research and understand the clients' deep-seated needs. Draft or review consulting or digital transformation project proposals, present solutions to clients, and complete contract signings.

2.Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, continuously monitor their development, and provide suggestions for management improvements.

3.Project Management and Execution: Guide the consulting or digital transformation projects using effective consulting methodologies and technical approaches, and effectively monitor project progress, quality, and financial recovery.

4.Team Building and Management: Responsible for the training and development of staff within the company and the department, building an efficient team.

  • Position Requirements

1.Age and Educational Background: 35 years old and above, with a bachelor's degree or above from a renowned domestic or international institution. Preference will be given to those with a master's or doctoral degree.

2.Management Experience: Over 10 years of experience in middle to senior management positions in medium to large enterprises.

3.Consulting Experience: Rich experience in corporate management consulting or digital transformation planning and implementation, with a proven track record of successfully executing multiple consulting projects in areas such as corporate strategy, marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, HR, after-sales service, process IT, and digital technology.

4.Client Communication Skills: Ability to accurately understand client needs and independently complete pre-sales communication, training, project implementation, and customer service.

5.Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis, execution, and presentation abilities.

6.Business Development Skills: Ability to independently develop new projects, with an extensive network and client resources being a plus.

7.Leadership: Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, capable of guiding and leading teams to achieve business objectives.

8.Adaptability: Ability to adapt flexibly to the ever-changing business environment and client demands.

9.Professional Ethics: High level of professional ethics and responsibility, committed to providing high-quality consulting services.

10.Strategic Thinking: Possess strategic thinking abilities, capable of contributing to the development of the company's consulting and digital transformation services.
